Who is Messe Team

Messe Team is the association that represents the exhibition industry in Denmark. It was founded in 1987 and includes a broad range of members from exhibition companies, venues and suppliers related to the industry.

Purpose

The goal of the association is to look after the interests of its members and their customers. In practice this means creating a dialogue and a forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences between the members.

The five senses

The association supports its members by working to ensure that trade fairs and exhibition continue to be an important and relevant product in the market. This includes promoting the fact that trade fairs and exhibitions are unique in allowing visitors and participants to use all five senses for product presentations and contact between customers and suppliers.

Newsletters, courses and meetings

The association periodically publishes newsletters and regularly holds relevant courses and meetings for members.

Training

The association has developed a formal education that is designed to meet the various needs of the industry. The training to become a Òtheatre-technical and exhibition-technical assistant is conducted at the Århus Technical School (www.ats.dk) and Copenhagen Technical School (www.kts.dk). 

International Affiliations

The association is a member of the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services (IFES).
